Kato is a second-year doctoral student in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ppl.k.u-tokyo.ac.jp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the Department of Advanced Energy, Graduate School of Frontier Sciences, The University of Tokyo<\/a>.
