プラズマ・複相間輸送ユニットセミナー（3月22日）

3月22日（金）のLHD user forumにて、下記のセミナーを開催いたします。本セミナーはプラズマ・複相間輸送ユニットのユニットセミナーを兼ねています。

講演者は、Uwe Wenzel（マックスプランクプラズマ物理研究所）氏で、近年LHDで観測された高ダイバータ中性粒子圧力について、過去のステラレータ装置と比較しつつ紹介いただきます。

講演題目：Ultra-high pressures in the sub-divertor of the LHD – What is the physical cause?

概要：
In the last LHD campaign, very high neutral pressures of up to 1.4 Pa were measured in the sub-divertor volume of the helical divertor (U. Wenzel et al 2024 Nucl. Fusion 64 034002). These values are very surprising, as generally only low pressures are predicted for stellarators. In the presentation, the results are compared with those of W7-AS. This allows the conclusion that in both cases a thermal instability of the electron temperature in the divertor occurs. Based on this, proposals for new experiments at LHD are made.
